This is a very simple tutorial, after you finished reading I’ll
make sure that you’ll know how to create a fast application launcher. I know you
already know that application shortcut is created right after the installation
of any kind of software.
Right-click the shortcut that you want to use, and then click Properties.
Click in the Shortcut key box.
Press the key on your keyboard that you want to use in combination with Ctrl+Alt.
Then Click OK when finished.
Here’s the magic.

In the Shortcut Properties dialog box, click the Shortcut tab.
Click in the Shortcut key box.
Press the key on your keyboard that you want to use in combination with Ctrl+Alt.
Then Click OK when finished.
Notes:
- Keyboard shortcuts automatically start with Ctrl+Alt.
- The word None appears in the Shortcut key box until you press a key; then it's replaced with Ctrl+Alt+the key that you pressed.
- Esc, Enter, Tab, Spacebar, PrtScn, Shift, and Backspace keys are not allowed for a keyboard shortcut.
