Are you one of those Windows users who is annoyed by the Windows Automatic Updates that pop-ups after the installation. For example you were in the middle of a meeting presentation then this Windows Update pop-up with a two button choices which is Restart Now and Restart Later, then you choose to restart later. after 2 or more minutes it shows up again. That's totally annoying!

1. Go to Start Menu, click RUN or press Windows + R.
2. Type net stop "automatic updates", then press Enter.
