I'm going to share how to update Kaspersky antivirus manually.
At first Glance, you will see "Your computer security is at risk" along with "Fix!" in a red color background.
Note: Always make sure that you choose Manual update
Going back to the Kaspersky Console.
Update is Done. It only takes 3-5 minutes until the update is finished.
You will now see that your computer is protected.
- First, get updates from Kaspersky Antivirus Server or the latest updates from the Internet.
- Copy the latest virus definitions to a portable USB device.
- Open the Antivirus console.
- Right-click on the Kaspersky icon from the lower right of your screen.
- Click Kaspersky Anti-Virus.
At first Glance, you will see "Your computer security is at risk" along with "Fix!" in a red color background.
- Go to Settings
- Click Update
- Click Configure
- Click Add
- Browse for the drive letter of your USB device with Kaspersky Update.
- Click all OK's to exit.
Note: Always make sure that you choose Manual update
Going back to the Kaspersky Console.
- Click Update.
- Click Start Update.
- Wait until the update is finished.
Update is Done. It only takes 3-5 minutes until the update is finished.
You will now see that your computer is protected.
